Import CD's only when requested by the doctors.

We import CD's only when requested by the doc, and then mark them Reference Only, which insures we are not saving these into our deep archive. We create a new order(in PACS) with the correct exam and date so they appear on the docs worklist as any other exam. I don't really have an issue with this as long as I have the support staff to perform the import. With archive space getting less expensive, I don't have a large issue with costs, and this does help the interpreting radiologist dictate a case with historical accuracy, therefore improved patient care, which after all is what we all are here for...
