PACS Groups and Organizations that every PACS Administrator should know about.PACS Groups and Organizations are small in number but critical. The groups that are available are excellent resources for PACS Administrators of any level. Joining professional or social PACS organizations not only offers a way to learn more about the PACS profession, but it also allows you to network with other PACS Administrators. This offers you the chance to meet with people who may be running a similar HIS/RIS/PACS configuration as you are. That, in its own right is a HUGE resource. The pages under this section will describe the various groups, what they can offer, links to their pages and how to become a member. Two of the groups, PARCA and ABII offer the only PACS Administrator Certifications currently available.
