Free DICOM Viewers

Having a few different free DICOM Viewers will definitely make your life as a PACS administrator much easier. The ability to query/retrieve and send studies to PACS as well as view/edit DICOM headers are all reasons why you would want to have one or more available to you.

The following is a list of these viewing utilities that are out on the web today that you can obtain for no cost. Please note that this is not a comprehensive list as there may be some out there that I have forgotten or not have seen.

Currently this is only a list that you can use as a reference but as I develop the site, I will make these available for download here. I also plan on doing a review section where I will put the viewer through its paces and post my reviews here.
